Celebrate the longest day of the year by getting a little exercise with your family and friends at Mosaic Medical’s Summer Solstice Shuffle at American Legion Park in Redmond!

This promises to be an evening full of fun with an untimed 1 mile and 5K walk or run along the Dry Canyon trail and a party to follow, featuring a free concert from Precious Byrd, sponsored by St. Charles Health System!

There will be food carts with tacos and bowls for purchase, a Kids Zone for the little ones and the opportunity to learn more about the health and wellness resources available at our clinics and other partner organizations in region.

All proceeds will support Mosaic Medical’s classes and groups offered to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay such as movement classes for those experiencing chronic pain and mindfulness seminars for help with anxiety.

Registration begins at 5:00pm 

Walk/run begins at 6:00pm

While this is a family friendly event, please leave your pets at home.

Parking is available at Redmond High, across the street from the event location.

No Host Food Carts will be available. Vendors are coming soon! 

Precious Byrd will be playing from 7:15-9:30pm. We ask that you only bring blankets to the event if you're staying for the concert after the race.
